Our shedule over the New Year holidays

Thank you always for shopping with Globalkitchen Japan. Today, we would like to inform you about our schedule over the New Year holidays. Sorry for the inconvenience and we really appreciate your understanding.

Business Day

According to the business day of the manufacturers and our partner companies, we will be closed from December 28th to January 5th.

Our customer service can still accept your inquiries through the web form or email during this period, however, it might take longer for us to get back to you than usual.

Shipping

Since there are some products we need to back-order, we always ask you to allow us to take up to about 5 days before shipping. Please be advised to place your orders by December 23rd if you wish for us to ship them before the New Year. Orders placed after that may be shipped after the New Year. If products cannot be prepared before the New Year, we will ship them after January 6th regardless of when you place the orders.

Estimated Delivery

Please place your orders by December 10th if you hope to receive them before Christmas. We also recommend you to place orders with Expedited Shipping by December 18th in case you would like to receive them before the New Year.

The following is the regular delivery schedules with the Expedited Shipping. Please keep in mind that it takes few more days around this season.

*Note: We cannot fully ensure this delivery duration as it all depends on actual delivery condition.
