Also amazing support from the shop owner with constant feedback on the delivery status. Package arrived in two weeks from Japan to Poland.
This is the best bread knife I have ever used. Beautiful weight and blade make it glide right through any bread and crust. I highly recommend it.
I went hunting for a new serrated knife and I came across this one. Lots of reviews stating how amazing this knife is. I didn't really believe it but thought well might as well try it. Well I got it and I tried it... It is the best serrated knife I have ever used (so far) and that's is not coming from just me. I lent this knife out to friends and family and they all loved it. I'm back to buy more as a gifts for friends because they loved it that much. I have used this for sandwiches, meats, fruit and bread. (Finally something that actually cuts my beagles nicely) They all cut so smoothly and very little crumbing compared to what I used to get! Handle looked a bit cheap but still sturdy but what ever. The knife cuts so well it doesn't matter in my opinion. It's going to be used not looked at right? tldr; The reviews saying it's amazing is true. Just buy it. You wont be displeased with the cut. The handle fit and finish not as nice but hey the knife cuts damn well.
Not just a sharp bread knife, it's the perfect tool for tomatoes and cutting thin slices of semi-frozen meat.
