    Un tranchant au top

    Déjà possesseur de couteaux de la marque (gamme DP), j'ai voulu essayer cette gamme de chez Tojiro. Bien m'en a pris. Superbe couteau. Le tranchant de la lame est au rendez-vous. Par contre il faut lui apporter le plus grand soin. Nettoyage immédiat (et séchage) après utilisation au risque de voir la lame se couvrir d'oxydation. Pour éviter tout souci penser à appliquer un peu d'huile avant de le ranger. Bref du bel ouvrage et un outil à la hauteur de la renommée de la marque.
