I can't log in to my account. What should I do?

We have moved our online store to a new platform on the 15th of December 2016, and since then your account made on our original store has not been linked to the new platform.

What methods of payment are accepted?

Currently Globalkitchen.japan accepts the following forms of payment: VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, PayPal and Apple Pay.


How do I know my shipping costs?

Your shipping cost is weight-based. Shipping costs are indicated on the cart page, and also at the checkout time. It is automatically calculated by adding the shipping weight of each product.


Where can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will contain your tracking number as well as a link to track your package.


Can I cancel my order?

If your order has not been shipped yet, please notify us as soon as possible. We will refund you the total amount of your order. However, if your order has already been sent, we cannot cancel it.


My Order shows delivered, where is it?

With the tracking number provided please contact your local delivery post office for any further delivery details. If you still have not received your order please e-mail us (support@globalkitchenjapan.com) for assistance.


What happens if a product is backordered?

Should an item on your order be out-of-stock, we will notify you via email the expected in-stock date. Your remaining order will ship on time and the out-of-stock item will ship when available at no extra charge to you.


What are your delivery options?

Your order will be shipped by Japan Post or DHL. EMS is an international postal Express Mail Service, and ePacket is an international registered airmail small packet (up to 1.5 kg).

DHL Express shipping option is also available.


I received damaged products what is your return policy?

If you receive products that were damaged in transit, please contact us right away and we will rectify as quickly as possible. Please email: support@globalkitchenjapan.com


I returned my order, where is my refund?

Globalkitchen.japan will issue a refund within 1-2 working days of receiving your returned order. The refund will be received in your account generally within 5-10 working days, depending upon your bank.
