    Asahi tamagoyaki pan

A very cute tamagoyaki pan. Despite its small size, it can use 2-3 eggs. I had perfect results the first time using it. It is important to master the gas burner for consistent heat with the highly conductive copper. I also have the 18cm EBM brand tamagoyaki pan, and the one thing i dislike about the Asahi pan is that the rivets sometimes get in the way of cooking in the pan (the EBM pan has flush rivets that are soldered over). However, I think the Asahi has a more “pretty” appearance. I just wish the Asahi displayed a maker mark on the side similar to the EBM pan. Overall I am very happy
