Key Features

  • This knife has lasting sharpness as it is made of molybdenum vanadium steel containing more than 1.0 of hyper molybdenum steel, which has high hardness and abrasion resistance.
  • Tha handle is made of POM resin, which has high strength and elasticity and is resistant to corrosion. It is dishwasher safe and clean containing antibacterial agent.

Use & Care

  • Steel products are subject to rust. After each use, wash the knife well and wipe off water thoroughly with a dry cloth.
  • Too much sharpneing may cause cracks and less sharpness. Also, do not cut frozen ingredients.


Masamoto Sohonten was established by the founder Minosuke Matsuzawa. Based on the technique of knife manufactureing and product management that he established, they have been growing over 6 generations and manufacturing prime quality knives.
