Use & Care

  • Please be aware that the height of one castella frame is very short, so that you will need 2 or 3 frames for baking. Choose frames for your preferred height.
  • It is usually used 2 or 3 frames to bake a castella cake. Add a frame on the base frame in the middle of baking to prevent the growing cake from touching the baking steel cover.
  • Use with some paper or baking paper as a tray.
