Key Features

  • Nitriding is a special heat treatment which diffuses nitrogen on the surface to make oxide film preventing rust. It also reinforces internal structure. Unlike fluorine-coated pans, it is lasting without surface coating coming off.
  • With fiberline-processed surface (with fine concavity and convexity), the pan has a good oil interaction and is unlikely to get burnt.
  • The wooden handle is designed for good fit in hand.

Use & Care

  • Compatible with gas cooktop and induction heating.
  • Oiling the pan well before use will prevent it getting burnt.
  • After use, wash the pan without detergent before it cools down so that oil coating will be maintained, and dry it thoroughly.
  • When the pan gets burnt, rub it with a cleanser and steel scrub. Wash it in water and heat it up to dry it. Apply a thin layer of oil before storage.
