Use & Care

• Wash it well with dish soap after each use, dry it well, and store it in a well-ventilated place. You can use bleach to remove the persistent stains; however, please do not soak it in bleach water for a long period of time.
• It is compatible with a UV sterilization cabinet. The color might change when exposed to UV rays for a long period of time, but it won't deteriorate the quality.
• You can sanitize it with boiling water. When you apply hot boiling water to the board's surface, please set the temperature lower than 90℃ and apply it on both sides to prevent warping.
• Please do not put it in a dishwasher or dish dryer. The high-temperature heat from the washing and drying cycle may soften the board and cause it to warp.
• Please do not place it near the fire or put freshly cooked hot food or hot saucepans on it to prevent it from warping. Furthermore, please place it in a straight, upright position when storing it. Leaning on one side may cause warping or deformation.
