Due to the Taiwan’s tightening of regulation of customs, all recipients will be required to register their mobile phone number and go through the identity verification in advance.
If you would like to receive the imported goods in Taiwan, you need to register the information on the recipients in advance using the EZ WAY application which is managed and operated by the Taiwan government. If you fail to register that, the goods will be returned to Japan after the nonimportation at the customs.
Therefore, we sincerely ask you to download the EZ WAY application before ordering and go through the necessary procedures.
