Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, have taken physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement, for example by email or through our online withdrawal form.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to submit your withdrawal request before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse eligible payments received from you.
We will process the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your withdrawal request. The actual timing of the funds appearing in your account may vary depending on your payment method and the processing time of the payment provider.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
You must send back the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you notified us of your withdrawal.
The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods to Japan unless otherwise agreed.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Products engraved with names, logos, or custom text
- Goods manufactured according to customer specifications
- Perishable goods
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery
- Gift cards
- Business-to-business (B2B) orders
