Key Features

  • The M15 Series includes a 210 x 70 mm sharpening stone, 15 mm thick, mounted on a wooden base.
  • Compatible with most knives, excluding those made from ceramic or tungsten carbide.
  • The 220-grit option is suitable for restoring damaged or chipped blades. Grit levels between 1000 and 1500 offer excellent results for routine sharpening. Higher grit stones (2000 and above) are recommended for a refined, razor-sharp finish.

Use & Care

  • Moisten the surface of the sharpening stone with water before use. While soaking is not necessary, we suggest immersing it for approximately 5 to 6 minutes the first time you use it. This allows for a smoother and more effective sharpening experience.
  • Place the sharpening stone on a level, secure surface that prevents slipping during use.
  • Clean the stone thoroughly with water after each use, let it dry naturally, and store it in a shaded area away from direct sunlight.
  • If the whetstone is accidentally dropped and a portion becomes chipped, smooth out the damaged area to prevent it from damaging the blade during sharpening.
  • Please do not sharpen ceramic or tungsten carbide knives.
