Globalkitchen Japan provides safe and secure delivery services for you to receive your items wherever you are.

Please do not hesitate to reach us should you have any concern or doubt.

Delivery Policy

We send out orders within 5 business days except Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays from the next day of the date of order. Please keep in mind that it may take more than 5 business days to ship if the products need to be back-ordered.

When you order several items at a time, we ship them all together.

Once your parcel is dispatched, we will send you an email with tracking information. You will also receive an email to see where your parcel is every time tracking information is updated.

Your signature is required upon delivery to ensure safe receipt. If your parcel is deposited at a local post office due to your absence on delivery, etc., please contact them at your end.

Moreover, your items are considered as imports. You will be fully responsible for import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees (if any) in your country. These fees may be charged to you when your package enters your country (they are not included in payment on our website).

Carriers

Our international shipping is offered through Japan Post, DHL, or FedEx.

Shipping Fee

The shipping fee is calculated based on package weight or volume (LxWxH). It will be displayed when you add an item to your cart and select a shipping country.

Import Taxes & Customs Fees

The list price of your order will be the declared value. The discount coupon applies to the subtotal amount of the articles; however, it doesn’t apply to the declared value.

These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine these additional costs before shopping.

Due to changing global circumstances, the carriers may suspend delivery service without notice. If this happens after your order, your order will be canceled. Please note that we do not take responsibility for any delivery delays caused by extraordinary circumstances.
