Key Features

  • The 15000ST series offers functional knives with an elegant wave design on the blade, created by contrasting colors.
  • Made of reinforced composite wood, the handle feels comfortable in your hand. This stylish triangular-shaped handle is made without using rivets for higher durability and water resistance.
  • The blade and the handle are welded together with a bolster and polished, preventing potential damages caused by water or food accumulation.
  • The blade is made of two different steels combined together. The high quality stainless steel ensures the lasting durability of the razor sharp edge.
  • For both right-handed and left-handed. Compatible with left-handed users.

Use & Care

  • Remove the food from the blade with PH neutral dish soap and a sponge after each use. Rinse it well. Remove the moisture with a dry cloth and store it in a dry place.
  • Even a high grade knife may deteriorate without proper care at the right time. When the knife can't cut through tomatoes or pieces of chicken smoothly, it is time to sharpen it.
