This is a wooden seafood serving box with acrylic cover to prevent them getting dry. By showing fresh seafood, it will please guests. The perforated plate is detachable, but the lid is hinged.
It is a commercial-grade item that is used at restaurants. Its robust framework and elegant looks enrich the atmosphere in restaurants as well as food. Not only for sushi restaurants, but it is also good for home parties.
The wooden core is strengthened by applying hypertonic primer and finished with fine polymer coating.
The fine polymer coating will prevent discoloring, bend, crack and water soak and maintain grain texture like without coating. The coat has less smell but high safety and antibacterial effects.
As they are individually hand-made of natural materials, each is slightly different in color and size.
