This is Yoshida Sarashi® and μ-func.® combined product integrating their traditional fabrics and antibacterial feature. It gives off silver ions and provides semi-permanent antibacterial and deodorant effect. Just wet, wring and put it over kitchenware, and it will prevent bacteria.
Highly recommended to use at restaurants serving raw seafood or meat (e.g. sushi restaurant).
Slightly yellowish rather than purely white because of no use of fluorescent dye.
Use & Care
Can be used for multi-purposes such as filtering “dashi” broth, draining vegetables, preventing ingredients getting dry, squeezing ingredients, or straining tofu.
