How to Handle

The glass surface of enameled ware is vulnerable to impacts. Fall or strong impact might cause crack.

Although enameled ware is compatible with oven and gas stove, avoid heating it with nothing in. In case you happen to do it, just let it cool down spontaneously. The glass coating will be damaged when the water suddenly is poured on it. It is NOT compatible with microwave oven.

Also, using steel scourer or abrasive should be avoided for the same reason.

How to Wash

Enameled ware can be used for various purposes ― as a butter case, container or vat. It should be washed with neutral detergent and sponge just same as ordinary dishes.
