Ingredients (5-6 servings)
- 150g of pancake mix
- 60g of butter
- 70g of powdered sugar
- egg white (1 small egg)
- A few types of food coloring (as you like)

1. Make Cookie Dough
Stir the butter with a spatula until it gets smooth and add pancake mix. Mix and knead well.
2. Extend the Dough
When the dough gets together, extend it to 2-3 mm thick with a rolling pin.
